TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - A Terre Haute Police Department death investigation has landed one man in jail.
Anthony M. Cleveland, 45, was booked into the Vigo County Jail Thursday around 10 a.m. He is charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury; neglect of a dependent resulting in death; and reckless homicide.
