We have finally hit Friday again here in Menomonee Falls. If you are looking for something to do, check out the events below. These have something for everyone! If you’re looking for something fun to do on Friday, June 25th, in or near Menomonee Falls, check these out.
- Art Walk in Downtown Menomonee Falls
Head to Downtown Menomonee Falls this Friday between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. for this fun downtown event. There will be an Art Walk for artists and musicians to show their talents. This event is being put on in collaboration with Menomonee Falls Downtown, Fine Art Montage Gallery, The Art Guild, Art Lounge and other local businesses. The participating businesses will be openduring this time. There will be walking mural tours at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. These all meet at Centennial Plaza. There will also be musicians during the event, includingJD Kinart of Northern Haunts from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sit Kitty Sit from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., John Simons from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wise Jennings from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Luke Cerny from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
There will be other fun activities including a drop in to create a canvas or wine glass fro $15 at Art Lounge between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., a tour of kiln at Just Kiln Time, and an interactive photo booth at Jonathan’s Portraits Tent. Sponsors include Hot House Tavern, Exit Realty XL- Kelly Liebl Ebbole, Wisconsin Music Ventures, Art Lounge, Jonathan’s Portraits and Window Select.
- Build your own front porch welcome sign at Fisk Avenue in Waukesha
If you are looking for a fun creative outlet, check out Fisk Avenue’s event starting at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. You can make your own front porch welcome sign or welcome sign with planter box. All materials are included, including instruction. The welcome sign alone is $35 and the planter box is $55. This event is appropriate for beginners.
- Food Truck Fridays at the West Allis Farmers Market
Head over to West Allis for this fun Food Truck event going on from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday! This event is an ideal way to celebrate summer and get out in this gorgeous weather. It takes place at the West Allis Farmers Market on National Avenue. The best food trucks from Milwaukee will be there for this fun, outdoor dining experience. The event is free and sponsored by Chiro One Wellness Center.
- Brewfinity Beer Garden in Menomonee Park
Menomonee Park is the host of Brewfinity Beer Garden from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday. There will be six Brewfinity craft beers on tap along with additional beers and hard seltzers available in cans. Big Daddy O’s BBQ will provide delicious food as well. To get into the park, you will need either an annual park pass or a day pass. You should bring your own folding chairs to be able to spread out durign the event.
- Sizzling Salsa and Bachata Night at Mezcalero Restaurant in Greenfield
If you are looking for a fun night of dancing, check out the Mezcalero Restaurant starting at 10 p.m. on Friday night. There will be a $5 at the door for this event. If you get there at 7 p.m., you can also enjoy karaoke. The salsa lesson will be from 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and then open dance after that. You will learn fun salsa combos.
