No matter if you're just passing by or if you're a local, the places mentioned in this article might be fun for you to discover in Mesa.

So, what is there to explore in Mesa? Let's have a look at some of the interesting places you can visit there.

Organ Stop Pizza

First of all, Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa is a fascinating place to visit if you're in the mood for some amazing pizza or if you're a music enthusiast. Or both!

As the title suggests, Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa offers two great things combined - pizza and a Wurlitzer organ. The place apparently opened in 1975, and since then, it has undergone many changes. What's most important, though, is that it's an amazing place to visit today. The official website of Organ Stop Pizza says:

"In its new and improved location, Organ Stop Pizza and its Mighty Wurlitzer have come to be known as the biggest and best in the world as attested to by many of the world’s finest theater organists and, more importantly, the hundreds of thousands of patrons who visit each year. There are continuing efforts to make additions and improvements to the organ, endeavoring to fine tune the instrument closer and closer to perfection."

There is an organist schedule on the website, and so if you're interested in visiting the place, you can pick a day when your favorite organist is playing! When it comes to pizza, you can build your own pizza with a variety of toppings, or you can also choose some of the specialty pizzas - "The Combination", "Spicy Italian" or "Vegetarian". And there's more!

Are you intrigued yet? If so, you can visit Organ Stop Pizza at 1149 E. Southern Avenue in Mesa. 30 minutes after opening, the performance should begin. Have fun in Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa!

i.d.e.a. Museum

Wondering where to take your kids for a trip in Mesa? Well, the i.d.e.a. Museum in Mesa might be just the perfect place for you. This deeply interesting museum can provide your children with entertainment, and teach them something new at the same time.

And what is the museum like? The official website describes it thus:

"Museum activities and exhibitions focus on three key pillars: supporting early learning, nurturing creative thinking and engaging families. We also believe creating opportunities for children of all ages and backgrounds to experience new ways of seeing their world is essential for making our diverse community the best it can be."

And what's more:

"The i.d.e.a. Museum is built upon the solid and successful 36-year history of the Arizona Museum for Youth, the original, fun, inspiring, and educational hands-on art museum for children and families in the United States. We impact nearly 90,000 visitors annually and have 1,400 member families."

So, what can you explore at the museum at this very moment? Well, there's a current exhibition called "Robo Art" running at the time of writing this article (22nd June 2021). The goal of the exhibition is to let the children explore robotics through interactive exhibits as well as art.

If you'd like to visit the museum with your kids and let them learn something interesting, don't hesitate to go to 150 W. Pepper Place in Mesa where the i.d.e.a. Museum is located.

The exhibitions are usually targeted at children between the ages of 0-12, however, anyone can learn something and broaden their knowledge when they visit.
