(THE BRONX, N.Y.) A limping man brandishing a gun in broad daylight opened fire on a Bronx street last Tuesday, all of which was captured on video, according to the New York Post.

The gunman shows up in the video standing at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Jennings Street in the Charlotte Gardens section of the borough at 3:40 p.m. He directed his shots towards Hoe Avenue, according to the Post.

The New York City Police Department released the footage on Monday, in which at least two children are seen walking by the incident just before the gunfire erupted.

Multiple people were standing near the gunman when the gunfire began.

Police reported no injuries after the incident.

After the gunfire ceased, the shooter was seen walking away from the intersection.

This shooting took place the same week in which another pair of Bronx children were seen running for safety when a shooting broke out in broad daylight in the Mount Eden section of the borough.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). Tips can also be submitted through the Crime Stoppers website at crimestoppers.nypdonline.org or by messaging on Twitter @NYPDTips. All calls are kept confidential.
