The title of cheapest station in the Abingdon area went to Walmart at 16032 Fifteen Mile Blvd, according to a Tuesday survey by GasBuddy. Diesel was listed there at just $2.83 per gallon. The most expensive station in the city was $3.19, at Exxon at 604 Cummings St, the survey found:
