On Sunday, 25-year-old Phat Tran was killed in a crash involving two vehicles on a Corona freeway.
The fatal incident happened at around 4:45 a.m. in which a car and a truck were involved. On arrival, first responders rushed Tran to the Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, but Tran succumbed to his injuries less than three hours later. It is still unclear if the crash caused injuries to anyone. The events that have led up to the crash remain unknown at this time. Officials have not provided any additional details regarding the two-vehicle crash.
Authorities will continue to investigate the cause that resulted in the crash.
