Culver City is filled with tons of cool shops, movie theaters, and more importantly, restaurants. There's also a Metro station that will take you to and from downtown Los Angeles.
Culver City has become a major food destination, not only are old restaurants thriving again, but new ones are popping up every day. It’s an exciting time to be in the neighborhood. Here are a few you can start with.
Hatchet Hall:
Hatchet Hall has a lot of small plates in which sharing is a requirement because you want a bite of everything they have to offer. Try their savory shaved country ham or deep-fried cabbage leaves, either way, you won't be disappointed.
The food at this Southern-leaning spot is hearty and stick-to-your-ribs delicious.
Loqui:
Loqui offers some of the best tacos you'll have. It is not an exaggeration to say you're going to dream about Loqui's flour tortillas, because they're phenomenal.
Destroyer:
This spot is located in a place with tons of creative offices nearby. Destroyer is a cafe you don't want to skip out on. The coffee here is incredible, and the food, while simple is impeccable. Try their crispy potatoes and you won't regret it.
Margot:
Margot just might have one of the best views you'll find. This beautiful rooftop has fantastic views facing the ocean, and the best time for you to come is during lunch because the sandwiches and salads are phenomenal. The cocktails look like they're designer, and they involve hearty amounts of gin. Enjoy.
