(WARM SPRINGS, Ore.) The S-503 fire burning southeast of Mt. Hood on the Warm Springs Reservation has grown to 6,200 acres and is still 0% contained as of Monday morning.

Walters Corners and Pine Grove are under a Level 2 “Get Ready” evacuation order, KGW reports.

On Sunday, the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Wildland Fire spokesperson said the fire perimeter is only two miles from Highway 26. Winds have changed the direction of the fire away from houses and other structures. No structures have been impacted and no injuries have been reported, the CTWS spokesperson said.

The fire is believed to have started on the north end of the Warm Springs Reservation around 5 p.m. on Friday.

The fire can be seen from Mt. Hood Meadows ski resort and the resort posted a time-lapse of its progression over the weekend.
