John D. Lagle, 32, hails from New Concord, Ohio. He admits to trading child pornography and to paying for underwear that had previously been worn by children.
He was caught in a sting. An undercover officer posed as the mother of little girls and struck up a friendship with Lagle on the Kik Messaging App.
Over the course of several months, Lagle offered to pay the officer for panties worn by her children and to have sex with kids. He even sent child porn to the officer. That includes photos of little kids' pubic areas.
Police raided his home. They found 100 images of child porn on his phone. Also, 70 pairs of children's panties. Two of which had been purchased from the undercover officer.
He pleaded guilty to distributing and receiving child pornography.
Ohio Chief U.S. District Court Judge Algenon L. Marbley sentenced him in U.S. District Court to 120 months in prison and 10 years of supervised release.
