Yang, Garcia campaign together in Queens neighborhoods

(QUEENS, N.Y.) Just three days away from the Democratic primary voting day for the New York City mayoral election, two candidates agreed to campaign together in Queens on Saturday, according to PIX 11.

Andrew Yang's campaign revealed that Yang would be in Flushing, among other neighborhoods, to campaign with opponent Kathryn Garcia on Saturday. This is the first time in the current race where two candidates agreed to go out together, according to PIX 11.

Yang's campaign said he and Garcia “will kick off GOTV weekend by campaigning together on the trail."

The most recent PIX11/NewsNation/Emerson College poll listed Garcia in third place on the first ballot with 17% and Yang was close behind in fourth with 14%.
