Fun Father's Day Events Going on June 20th in and Near Menomonee Falls

Happy Father’s Day! There are plenty of fun things to do in and near Menomonee Falls this Sunday before the work week starts back up again, including fun events for dads in the area. Check out these events!

Head over to Inspiration Studios in West Allis this Sunday for a fun Father’s Day event at 3 p.m. This is a Father’s Day Paint n Sip event. You can create your own design on a pair of wine glasses, a vase or other glassware. It costs $30 per person and all supplies are included. There will also be complimentary beverages and snacks.

Head over to the Monster Truck Throwdown at Wilmot Raceway on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. This is a great event for dads who like monster trucks. There will be a free track party at 2 p.m. for you to get a chance to meet the drivers, see the trucks up close, stock up on merchandise and collect autographs.

Check out The Schwabenhof this Father’s Day for a fun picnic event starting at 12 p.m. You can enjoy Donauschwaben-made Hungarian Bratwurst, roasted chicken, schnitzel, rollbraten, desserts and more. The program begins at 1 p.m. and features dance performances by the UDoM Kinder, Jugend and Kulturgruppe. Music and dancings starts at 2 p.m. with music by the Edelweiss Band. Admission is $2 per person and kids 12 and under are free. Vets and Military are also free with ID.

If comic books are your thing, check out the Milwaukee Comic Book Convention going on at the Root River Center in Franklin on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free. There will be lots of comics from the golden age to the present day. There will also be collectibles available from dealers from several states. You can also bring comics to sell to the dealers if you’re looking to sell.

Head out to Matty’s Bar and Grille in New Berlin for a fun Father’s Day event from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. You can get brunch between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Then you can hang out in the big backyard between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. with live music from Beautiful Collide and enjoy a featured outdoor BBQ menu. There will also be lawn games and cold beer to enjoy.

Head out to Sky Zone in Waukesha from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for this fun dad-centered event. It costs $12.99 per kid. Kids walking to age 7 can jump for 120 minutes, create a special craft, get a temporary tattoo, enjoy a donut and beverage and then take a father and child photo.

Head out to the Bay View Community Center on Sunday for this fun friends and family event at 2 p.m. It is a 45 minute bike ride which will highlight different themes while taking in the sites and sounds of Bay View. Children need to be accompanied by an adult. It costs $5 per adult rider and children ride for free. The proceeds go to benefit the Emergency Food Pantry.

Head to Port Washington for this fun dad-centric beer garden from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. It is in partnership with Stars and Stripes Legacy Club. The proceeds will go to benefit Cycling Without Age.
