The best part about Pasta Sisters is that they serve freshly made pasta, you can even see the space where they make it during your meal.

Everything is incredible at this spot, their salads are fresh and flavorful, the free bread is the perfect addition to the meal and the pasta is always cooked to perfection.

The restaurant is modern and clean, and the bulk of it is outdoors but they do offer indoor seating as well. There is street parking, both free and metered.

There's almost always a 30+ wait if you come during hot hours.

It's not incredibly expensive either, prices range from $12-$20. Portions are reasonably sized but if you order a variety of things and share you'll be pleasantly full.

We hope will make you feel at home, we gathered extraordinary ingredients, the tradition of our family recipes, and the free spirit of mixing and matching our homemade pasta shapes with tasteful and colorful sauces.... Save some room for dessert! - Pasta Sisters

Their drink menu is small but perfect, they offer beer and wine, I'm a big fan of their Montepulciano D' Abruzzo or their Chianti. Following that, I always order their Butter Lettuce salad with raisins, toasted almonds, crumbled goat cheese, and balsamic dressing. It's nice and light.

They also have an Arugula salad with grapes, avocado, toasted walnuts, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, with a lemon olive oil dressing.

They also have two delicious cold plates that are absolute musts, one is a Caprese Plate made with Italian burrata or Buffalo mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, arugula, Tuscan marinated olives, extra virgin olive oil.

The second one is a Bresaola Carpaccio plate with dried salted beef carpaccio, arugula, shaved Parmigiano, lemon, extra virgin olive oil. This one is delicious.

As for the pasta, it's freshly made every morning with the finest Italian flour, fresh eggs and a touch of extra virgin olive oil.

You can choose from Fresh Spaghetti, Fresh Tagliatelle, Fresh Pappardelle, Penne (Dry Pasta), or Homemade Gnocchi.

Next, choose a sauce. They offer Tomato & Basil, Arrabbiata which is slightly spicy, or Bolognese with ground beef and aromatic vegetables slowly cooked in red wine and tomato sauce. They also offer pesto, three cheeses, and porcini mushroom sauce, as well as wild salmon, clams, and bottarga which is dry Sardinian mullet fish eggs, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.

My favorite is the black truffle, they also have carbonara but only on Sundays, made with organic eggs, Italian bacon, onions, parmigiano reggiano cheese, pecorino romano cheese, black pepper and lastly, a salmon and cream.

They also offer a few entrees like Meat Lasagna with housemade pasta sheets, bolognese sauce, silky besciamella, and parmigiano cheese.

Their chicken Milanese is delicious, and the Spezzatino con polenta is incredible made with beef stew served with polenta valsugana and a side option.

Their side options are: roasted broccoli, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes or a garden salad.

Finally, dessert. Their tiramisu is a must-try, it's made with ladyfingers, espresso, organic eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese, and cocoa powder. The apricot pie is light and delicious, the chocolate and ricotta pie is one of the best things I've ever eaten, the nutella pie is very good, the lemon cream pie is light and they also have a Sfogliatella Napoletana that you won't be able to get enough of. It's a crispy and flaky puff pastry filled with ricotta and candied citrus (imported from Naples).

This is a must-try place. I highly recommend it.
