Major Cohen spent 25 years at Starbucks as a senior project manager. He got opportunities to travel back in his office days, which made him come across coffee and brew from all across the globe. He had egg coffee, coffee beer in Taiwan, filter coffee in India, and many more.

In his book "Coffee for Dummies", he has a colorful romp through the history of coffee. The book also has tips for brewing coffee at home, coffee myths, and some of the best coffee shops around the globe. Cohen shares when he was writing the book, and the editor asked him to write it as if he was sitting in his kitchen.

Cohen shared that all though there are so many famous coffee shops. Seattle still has some of the best and classic roasted coffee. The book is all about coffee and Cohen's experience.
