(LINCOLN, Neb.) Nebraska State offices will be closed on Friday, June 18, after the establishment of Juneteenth as a federal holiday, 10/11Now reported.
Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts has ordered the holiday closure to comply with state laws that grant paid holiday benefits to state employees.
