Police Recover Pot, Gummies Before Arresting Two People on Telegraph Road in Severn

While conducting a traffic stop in Severn, Anne Arundel County Police seized a significant amount of marijuana and arrested two people.

On June 17, 2021 at approximately 1:21 a.m., officers stopped a silver Hyundai Sonata in the area of Telegraph Road and Norcross Lane in Severn. Officers made contact with the driver and information was received resulting in a search of vehicle.


Located in the vehicle was 1881.23 grams of THC gummies, 389.21 grams of suspected marijuana, and $1000.00 in US currency.


Both occupants were arrested, charged and identified as:

Mansaborie Mahmud Conde

Laurel, Maryland

Zacchaeus Olonshanu Thomas
DOB: 12/21/97
13500 block of Greencastle Ridge Terrace
Burtonsville, Maryland
