Update: 10:55pm June 16

A geologist, @rick_o, said his child was in the same class, pre-COVID-19, as one of Councilmember Sean Loloee's children via Twitter.

"Was that not common knowledge," @rick_o said. "He seemed shady then. I guess things don't change."

According to the City of Sacramento the requirements to be a Councilman are as follows:

Be at least eighteen years of age, be a citizen of the United States and a resident within the district the candidate seeks to represent for not less than 30 days preceding the date of filing candidate papers.

Sacramento City councilmember Sean Lololee's Del Paso Heights home is owned by Shahriar Loloee, or Sean, according to a clerk at the Sacramento County Assessor’s office.

Shahriar "Sean" Loloee gave his Granite Bay home, on paper, to Maryam Seifafi Revocable Trust in June 2016 according to Placer county documents. Maryam Seifafi is Loloee's wife.

The house in Del Paso Heights was visited many times throughout the day.

The two homes are a 20 minute drive away from each other according to Google maps.

Maryam Seifafi Loloee was seen at the Granite Bay home on June 15 also.

Mr. Lololee, not only doesn't live in district 2, he has made promises to several members of the Del Paso Heights community that he seems to have forgotten.

According to D2 resident Margo Santana, Mr. Loloee has deceived the Del Paso Heights community and that he has no interest in helping unhoused residents.

District 2 resident, Margo Santana, has repeatedly called Lololee’s office about excessive garbage and rats at the Viva Market at Norwood Ave. and Marysville Blvd. She still has received no reply.

“We have reached out to him and the Mayor’s office about the garbage that’s all over our neighborhood,” Santana said. “We are tired."
