(AUSTIN, Texas) A mother and the son who shot her have both been identified by the Austin Police Department, according to CBS Austin.
The shooting happened in the 1930 block of West Rundberg Lane at 3:20 p.m. on June 12th.
The woman, identified as Lidia Carapia-Hernandez, was shot and then taken to the hospital after police found her. She was later pronounced dead.
The suspect and son Augustine Moreno, 32, was arrested at the scene and charged with murder. He is currently being held at the Travis County jail.
The case is still under investigation.
