PEARLAND, HOUSTON, TX — The Delores Fenwick Nature Center’s Virtual Trivia Nights will continue this year since its first launch in May 2020.
The center will hold the trivia nights every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 PM. This program is made just for adults, so test your skills against your friends on this challenging trial of knowledge.
Park naturalists and outdoor recreation specialists will go live on the Delores Fenwick Nature Center’s Facebook page to compete in five rounds of nature trivia that will challenge even the most committed nature enthusiasts. Since it is a virtual program, participants can enjoy the event from the comfort of their chairs comfortably and wear whatever they wish— even pajamas.
This program includes scientifically accurate PG-13 information, along with witty banter, Dad Jokes that are second to none, and of course, it is free for everyone. Participants are encouraged to plan their drinks and snacks responsibly.
Those skilled enough to win a round of Virtual Trivia will win a months’ worth of bragging rights and a lifetime supply of information to add to their “small talk starter pack”.
In the future, when it is safe and responsible for everyone to meet in person again, the Delores Fenwick Nature Center plans to transition the event into an in-person Trivia Night. There will be complete food trucks and face-to-face socialization for all participants.
