ATLANTA, GA — The Moderna Vaccine will be available for the public at Atlanta Technical College.

In collaboration with Alluriam Healthcare, the college plans to hold vaccinations at Cleveland Dennard Center from 9 a.m to 2 p.m, starting June 25, 2021.

Those who wished to be vaccinated are obliged to place a reservation by filling the form on https://members.alluriamhealthcare.com/regform/company/18.

The form you need to complete includes information about your name and contact (email and mobile phone number). After completing the form, you will receive an email or SMS of your username and password to complete the registration process. A two-way verification will be asked for security purposes.

There are two options in placing an appointment. The first is by clicking on the "COVID appointments" option available in the profile's dashboard and follow the direction afterward. The second option is by clicking on the "Book Appointment" option available in the Appointment sub-option, below the "My Appointment" option.

When you choose the second option, click on Atlanta Tech for organization and Covid vaccine on the appointment type. The system will later proceed with your appointment within 24 hours. When the booking process is complete, you will receive an SMS text for your appointment confirmation.

The Moderna vaccine is available for people aged 18 and above. Those who suffer from a severe allergic reaction are not recommended to take the vaccine.
