CLEVELAND, OH — The City of Cleveland announced last Wednesday that city pools have reopened on Saturday, June 12.

Due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, the city pools will have a limited capacity. Outdoor pools will open when temperatures reach 85 degrees, and spray basins will open when the temperatures reach 80 degrees.

Here are some tips for remaining safe from the summer heat, especially around the pool:

Residents can view the list of indoor and outdoor pool locations by clicking this link: https://www.clevelandohio.gov/CityofCleveland/Home/Government/CityAgencies/ParksRecreationandProperties/DivisionofRecreation/RecreationCentersandPools.

Registration is also now open for the City of Cleveland Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Center (NRRC) Summer 2021 programs. See https://clecityhall.files.wordpress.com/2021/06/2021-nrrc-summer-programs-guide_final.pdf for details.

Registration is available in person or online at www.clevelandohio.gov/NRRCactivities.
