Lake Humane Society: Rescue Rock Off presented by Ganley Village

Mentor, OH — Lake Humane Society will be holding its 11th Annual Rock Off fundraiser, presented by Ganley Village. It is an event by LHS that aims to help the homeless animals in around the county.

Rescue Rock Off will be on Saturday, July 24, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mentor Civic Amphitheater. For the whole evening, the participants will be served live performances by local bands, various food truck vendors including beers and wines, a raffle with a vast array of prizes, 50/50 drawing with two chances to win cash and many other prizes.

The guest stars will be ranging from singers and dancers, including Kevin Conaway, a singer and songwriter from Cleveland that will be performing for the VIPs; Dan McCoy & the Standing 8's, an alternative country-rock musician; Superbad, a cover music band that covers pop, rock and country music; Collage, a high energy dance/party from Cleveland; and the Ladies Night that consisted of five guys that wear and sing Pop Divas songs like Britney Spears, Katy Perry and Kesha.

The tickets are ranging from $10 to $80 per person. The cheapest one is $10 for General Admission - Child that is for children aged from 4 to 17. No charges are applied for children under 4 years old. The second one is General Admission - Adult with $20 that includes admission into the event and access to on-site cash bars.

The third one is Road Crew Pass for $40 that includes $5 food voucher for any food trucks on-site, event t-shirt, 3 bag raffle ticket and access to on-site cash bars. The last one is VIP All-Access for $80 with a limited number of tickets for the age above 21. This includes early entry access, private session with Kevin Conaway, event t-shirt, private seating in front of the main stage, private VIP Lounge access with private appetizers and cash bar and ten raffle tickets.

The event will be a lawn seating platform, so the attendees are suggested to bring their own blankets or chairs. Although attendees are permitted to bring food from outside, they are not permitted to bring outside alcohol.

Since the event is under review by the Lake County General Health District, the participants are required to observe the rules related to the health protocol, such as: sick attendees are prohibited, mask use all the time, social distance no less than six feet from each other, and hand sanitizer use for all participants.
