This place is the heart and soul of West Seattle. They have an incredible vinyl collection upstairs and downstairs you can find just about any album on CD and cassette for all y'all who like to kick it old school. Easy Street Records and Cafe is located on a street filled with small businesses and great vibes. You walk in and let the music welcome you. You also get greeted by the smells of the cafe. As for the food, it was pretty dang good. I loved my Eggs Benedict. The hollandaise was super creamy, egg yolks nice and runny, and hash browns crisped to sheer perfection.Mimosas are top-notch! My sole complaint was that the English muffins were quite soft; they could have used a bit more toasting so they'd hold up to the hollandaise. I highly recommend stopping in here. I would suggest coming either on a week day, or before you hit the market or the shops in the area, just so you can minimize the amount of time you spend waiting around for your name to be called.
