GoFundMe Created for Detroit Lakes Couple who Lost Home in Fire
DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – A GoFundMe has been created to help a Detroit Lakes couple who lost their home to fire after a lightning strike late Monday evening. Lightning struck a tree near Tim and Heidi Stempf’s home on the 600 block of Main Street West in Detroit Lakes. The fire was contained to the roof area, but smoke and water damaged nearly everything inside. Read more
Emergency Purchase of Used Ladder Truck for Detroit Lakes Fire Department will Cost More than Half a Million Dollars
DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – The city of Detroit Lakes will pay up to $550,000 for a used ladder truck for the Detroit Lakes Fire department.
