Norwich, southeastern CT to receive millions in American Rescue Plan funding
Today, Rep. Joe Courtney (CT-02) announced the official allocation of $252.4 million in American Rescue Plan funding to towns and cities throughout eastern Connecticut that were hit hard by COVID-19.
