it's strange how reports came out from employees that they filed complaints against Cassidy. Yet, VTA failed to Investigate those claims. VTA should be held accountable for their failure to intervene.

Driver plunges 300 feet off road on Mount Hamilton
A driver was rescued Wednesday after a vehicle plunged 300 feet over a road near the Lick Observatory on Mount Hamilton in San Jose, Calif., officials said.
