A 26-year-old man named Keith D. McKinney has been charged with 100 counts of rape and has pleaded not guilty.
It was announced on June 1 that Keith D. McKinney, 26, had been indicted by a Lawrence County Grand Jury.
All charges relate to one and the same victim.
McKinney is accused in the indictment of engaging in sexual conduct with someone under 13 between March 1, 2020, and April 25, 2021, by force.
Each count is a first-degree felony punishable by 3-10 years in prison if convicted.
Judge Kristen Finley set McKinney's bail at $500,000 upon his plea of not guilty to all the charges at the Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.
A Monroe County Corrections Center is holding him.
