CLEVELAND — If you or a loved one has been the victim of rape or sexual abuse, the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center is here to help no matter how long ago the incident occurred.

The foremost priority of the center is the health and safety of its clients. Therefore, the center is closely monitoring and following directions from the CDC and has placed these updated protocols at all its locations:

- The offices are cleaned and sanitized regularly in accordance with CDC requirements.

- No masks will be required for employees, clients, or visitors who have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

- Employees, clients, and visitors who have not had a COVID-19 vaccination are required to wear a mask.

- For clients and guests who do not bring their own and desire to wear one, we will provide disposable face coverings.

The Cleveland Rape Crisis Center's counseling, victim aid, and case management services are accessible both remotely and in-person through telehealth and teleservices.

The center offers the services above on a limited basis at their Clark-Fulton, Mentor, Shaker Square and Westlake offices. There are also services provided at the Human Trafficking Drop-In Center for those who have been victims of human trafficking.

The Cleveland Rape Crisis Center wants to ensure that victims can receive the assistance they require. Sustaining support and healing is as simple as sending a text or making a phone call.

Individuals looking for help can request an appointment online by visiting https://clevelandrapecrisis.org/ or contact (216) 619-6192 24/7.
