ATLANTA — Kosher cuisine can be a challenge to find in the country due to its complexity. Kosher is not just a style of cooking, it is a set of rules that need to be followed strictly according to Jewish dietary laws.

However, kosher food is for everyone to enjoy because it is healthy and tasty. Here is a list of places that offer kosher cuisine in your neighborhood.

1. Kosher Gourmet

2153 Briarcliff Rd Atlanta, GA 30329

“I stopped in today for their lunch special and OMG best decision I've basically ever made! I showed up just as they were closing the kitchen, but they were SO accommodating and made fresh wings for me as I shopped around.

My husband and I are wing fanatics & these definitely take the top spot for the best wings we've ever had. Yum! Love kosher gourmet—they really blow it out of the park with their customer service & welcoming atmosphere!” — SN K. on Yelp

2. Toco Grill

“This was our second time ordering from Toco Grill. We wanted to go there today because it's Yom Ha'atzmaut and because we like to support our local economy, especially at these difficult times. We ordered take out. I had the falafel and we also ordered a couple of shawarma pitas and a kids meal.

Overall our experience was positive. I will say that the falafel was a bit of a let down, it had no texture to it and the flavor tasted different from any other falafel I've had. The salad items are plentiful and it may just be my taste buds. The kids meal was a hit as were the shawarma pitas. We will definitely be back.

Toco Grill thank you for being open and for being a kosher establishment. We know it's not easy to be in the restaurant industry right now and we appreciate you and look forward to additional visits!” — Shira C. on Yelp

3. Formaggio Mio

“Absolutely loved it! Ordered Julie's salad (w/ tuna, Niçoise salad looked so yum so I had to add it) calzone, and some french fries! Delish. The salad was super fresh (no soggy/wilted greens) and everything was done perfectly without being greasy/oily. I will definitely order from this place again! Highly recommend!” — Hana S. on Yelp

4. Tip Top Kosher Market

2211 Savoy Dr Atlanta, GA 30341

“I tried the restaurant inside the Tip Top Market after a suggestion from Next Door. I pass by almost every day on my way to one of my offices and did not call my attention. I went for lunch and took some pictures so you have an idea of how it looks inside. At the end of the market is the restaurant with tables of different sizes.

They bring you three small plates at the beginning while you wait for your food. I took a picture of them. I ordered the Moustaffa that is eggplant with ground beef. It came with rice and a salad. My intention was to take a picture of my food before I started but I forgot. I took it midway. Next time I would do. They ran out of desserts. I would be back and try other menu items.” — Marian M. on Yelp

5. Chai Peking

2205 Lavista Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30329

“Was in Atlanta Thursday and had to drop by for takeout. As usual, was excellent service and food, even in this environment. Beef is egg rolls were delicious as was the sweet and sour chicken. Only trying missing was Raymond's smile as he was away. Highly recommended.” — Santi T. on Yelp

And that’s the list of restaurants that offer Kosher dishes for you. Be sure to put them on your to-visit list the next time you’re in Atlanta, and feel the new dining experience!
