Another day, another senseless crime in Orlando. Only a few weeks after Joseph Torres, a 34-year-old veteran who served in the war in Afghanistan was shot and killed senselessly as he walked through downtown Orlando, leaving behind his 4-year-old daughter, another person is attacked in Orlando, this time at an Army Reserve Center.

In the early morning hours of Thursday, June 10th, 2021, a man was stabbed near an Army Reserve location in Orlando, Florida. The location in question is near the 3700 block of Corrine Drive, in the Baldwin Park area. The stabbing actually took place inside the gates of the Army Reserve Center, however, police currently have no suspects, as the person who committed the stabbing fled the scene.

The police haven't released much of a description and are asking anyone who may have been in the area who saw something strange or out of the ordinary to contact the Orlando Police with anything they might know. The stabbing took place before 9 a.m.

The victim was an adult male and he was rushed to the hospital where he remains hospitalized from his injuries. No further details were released about the victim.

Perhaps some Orlando residents or those who were in the area at the time may have seen or even heard something that might be of assistance to police.

You can call the Orlando Crime Line at 800-423-TIPS (8477). You can also leave an anonymous tip online here on the Crimeline website. You can also contact Orange County Crime Stoppers as well here at 855-847-6227.

Also, stay tuned to your TV and news stations, as more information may be coming out in the coming hours and days.
