Star of the recently concluded Netflix series Patriot Act and the 2017 comedy special Homecoming King, Hasan Minhaj will be performing at the Delaware Theatre Company from September 9-12th.
Minhaj will be performing as part of his "Experiment Time" tour, which is currently being brought to several theaters around the country. Limited information has been provided about the nature of the event and Minhaj's performance. "Experiment Time" is currently being presented as a distinct and separate performance from the comedian's upcoming one-man show "The King's Jester," also set to be touring this fall.

HASAN MINHAJ was the host and creator of the weekly comedy show Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj that premiered on Netflix in October 2018. Minhaj is known for his unique perspective as a first-generation Indian American and his comedic political commentary on contemporary social issues. Clips of his show can be found on his YouTube channel, where he's covered topics ranging from the student loan debt crisis to media conglomerates. He has won multiple Peabody Awards, as well as a 2019 Primetime Emmy. Minhaj has also been featured on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
The event is being billed as a "phone-free experience" and cellphone usage is strictly forbidden during the show. Guests will be required to place devices in Yondr pouches for the duration on the event, which will allow individuals to keep their phones on them, but prevent the devices from being used. Anyone found to be in violation of that guideline will be escorted from the theater.
