Adriana’s is a small family owned lunch cafe nestled in St. Louis’ Italian section of town, known as “The Hill.” The restaurant opened itsdoors in December of 1992 and is run by Adriana Fazio and her daughters. While the cafe is not fancy, the meals are fantastic.
Adriana's Salad is a great starter as it features romaine and iceberg lettuce, mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheese, red onion, artichoke hearts, ham, salami and Adriana's special dressing. On the starters menu, I highly recommend the Twisted Shrimp and the batter-dipped lobster bites. They are an amazing choice to whet your appetite. As far as steaks go at the Twisted Tree, whether you prefer a ribeye, t-bone or even filet mignon, you can't go wrong. The fries and onions rings are perfect sidedishes.
