Head out to Folk Song Farm in Richfield on Sunday for a great Farm to Table Dinner at 4:30 p.m. This event is in celebration of the 170-year old restored barn. You can either make it a romantic night out or a night out with the entire famly. You will enjoy seasonal and locally grown food at this special dinner. The chef will be preparing a five-course meal served as a mix of family style and an all you can eat buffet. There will be roasted pork, fresh beef tips and fresh locally sourced fruits and vegetables. There will also be homemade desserts. Live music will accompany your meal with a mix of folk, rock n roll, country and more, provided by Embedded Reporter. The doors open at 4:30 p.m. You will get to enjoy the beautiful deck, listen to live music or explore the entire 48 acres of Folk Song Farm with a wagon ride.

Head out to Hales Corners and Clifford’s Supper Club in Hales Corners for this fun wood objects painting event from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event is completely free and includes all the needed materials! This week the theme is painting on wood. You can paint and decorate a wooden object however you choose. There will be a variety of patterns available for tracing along with suggestions and guidance. All ages and skill levels are welcome. You can make your design as simple or complex as you want. You can bring an object to paint, or choose from one provided. Wood objects, acrylic paint, stencils, assorted embellishments, twine, ribbon, magnets, hot glue, brushes and samples are all provided. You can come any time between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and work at your own pace. You can also order drinks and food, including a fish fry, homemade soups, reuben rolls, mozzarella sticks and wings.

Head down to Kenosha to the Jerry Smith Pumpkin Farm between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for a fun event for the whole family. This is the 4th annual Jerry Smith Babies on the Farm Safari event. It will feature exotic animals and local favorites. You can buy a feed cup and bottle to feed baby antelope, goats and calves. You can also relax on a wagon ride, check out the bounce pillow, enjoy delicious food, and peruse local craft vendors. Tickets cost $10 per person, but children two and under are free.

Check out Board and Brush in Hartland this Sunday for this Mats and Mimosas event. You will be creating your own doormat. Just pick a design from the gallery. The materials and instruction will be provided. You will have a variety of paint colors to choose from. The cost is $40 per person and pre-registration is required.

Head to The Farmhouse Paint Bar and Banquet Hall in Milwaukee on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for this fun painting event. You can also attend online. This is a beginners acrylic painting class that will teach you step by step how to paint on stretched canvas with acrylic paint. You can order your own supplies if you participate in the pre-recorded class, otherwise in-person, they will be provided.
