I was super excited to try these cookies and drove by many times seeing huge lines. I was lucky enough to get there around 9:30 am on a Wednesday. There were only 4 people ahead of me. As I waited to put my order in, I looked around and the store seemed a little dingy. It was a tiny front area with a cramped work area for the workers, with many just standing around.

There are three ways to put in your order. You can order by phone, online from their website, or in person at the counter or waiting area through iPads.

She handed me two boxes and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was super lucky because right when I left a flood of people, rushed in after me. I waited until I got home to try the cookies. I opened up my boxes and, to my dismay, they forgot one of my cookies (peanut butter) that I paid for. I tried to give them a call to let them know, but no one answered the phone.

Each week, the menu rotates with 4 different specialty flavors to enjoy. The famous milk chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookie are always available.

Crumbl Cookies Review:

Red Velvet White Chocolate - I tasted nothing special about the cookie; it tasted like chocolate cake. I did not taste the white chocolate flavoring.

Chocolate Chip - It did not taste bad. It tasted like a thick Tollhouse cookie.

Dirt Cake Cookie - It had heavy chocolate frosting and, again, tasted like a chocolate brownie.

Chilled Sugar Cookie - This was my favorite one. It tasted like an Italian knot cookie with cherry frosting.

Banana Cream Pie - It was impossible to pick the cookie up. It tasted like a banana cream pie with a bitter taste on the back end.

Ultimate Peanut Butter - I never had a chance to try it, as it was forgotten in my order.

I wish I had received all the cookies that I had paid for. The cookies are good, but not really all that special. You honestly can get the same flavor from a box cake mix or Tollhouse cookies you bake in the oven. Do not believe the hype of this place as you will be disappointed.

I do not think I will be returning to Crumbl Cookies. The cookies are average, at best. The hype is still so high that people are lining up around the building. My advice would be to go on an off time during the week.

I give Crumbl Cookies a rating of 4 out of 10
