On Monday night, authorities took 62-year-old Kim Cutrubus-McQuestion in custody following a DUI accident on Bryan Avenue.
As per the Simi Valley Police Officers, they quickly responded to the crash scene just after 6:00 p.m. As per reports, a vehicle ran into a home in 3300 block of Bryan Avenue. At the time of crash, a resident was home sitting in the room where the car went through the wall. The impact of the crash pushed the resident further into the house, but the authorities confirmed that the victim did not receive any serious injuries.
On arrival, first responders transported him to a local hospital for evaluation. Following a DUI evaluation, the police caught 62-year-old Simi Valley resident Kim Cutrubus-McQuestion. She faces a felony charge for DUI causing injury. The authorities confirmed that Cutrubus-McQuestion’s blood alcohol content was almost twice the legal limit.
An investigation is continuing.
