All passengers are still required to wear face coverings in all METRO buses and properties per the instructions from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the United States Department of Transportation.

METRO provides free transportation to and from COVID-19 vaccination appointments or sites on all services, including fixed-route, demand response, and Northcoast Express.
