(OAKLAND, Calif.) Two women were injured during a shooting at an apartment complex in East Oakland early Tuesday morning, East Bay Times reports.
The women were transported to a nearby hospital and are in stable condition.
The shooting occurred in the 500 block of 98th Avenue at approximately 10:04 a.m.
Investigators do not know if the victims reside at the complex. The area was cordoned off while police conducted a search for the suspect, who was seen fleeing the scene on foot.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for any additional information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
