White Mana, New Jersey
When White Mana opened as a pavilion at the World's Fair in 1939, the Jersey City diner was part of the New York Pavilion. A circular structure containing narrow bar seats surrounding the kitchen in the middle was hailed at the fair as "the diner of the future."
