I think that it's vital to have a local, favorite teriyaki joint, don't you? Honestly, I have a few favorite spots for teriyaki, in a few different areas, just to be safe. Teriyaki is a go-to! However, my absolute favorite is Himitsu Teriyaki in Lake City.

Himitsu has the standard menu that you find at a teriyaki restaurant. You can get the variety of meats (chicken, pork, beef) and they are all juicy and tender. My favorites are the regular chicken and the pork teriyaki. I love the simple salad that comes along, with that beloved dressing that you find at teriyaki restaurants. But they also have a whole ton of American style Chinese options of meals to order from as well. I love their Kung Pao. They also have free egg drop soup for you to eat while you wait for your meal to be prepared! I love free anything! Unfortunately the free soup isn't available while Covid-19 is still an issue, but it will return.

If you're in the Lake City area and need a quick lunch, hit this spot up! My huge meal cost only $11 and it will feed me twice!
