CLEVELAND – The Inkubator is a free annual festival for writers and readers organized by Literary Cleveland. From July 11 to 25, there will be a new public program or event each day, including multi-week seminars, readings, panel discussions, craft talks, open mics, and a keynote address - all of which will be available online.

Overall, the two-week conference will be a public celebration of writing that will develop writers' unique abilities, encourage artistic dialogue, strengthen the literary community, and inspire more people to create.

Below are the scheduled events for both weeks:

Week 1 Events (July 11-17)

A welcome reading and discussion, poetry presentations and panels, a virtual open mic, and a special event featuring New Yorker authors from Cleveland are all part of the conference's first week. They'll also be holding a pop-up event at the Eastman Garden of the Cleveland Public Library.

Week 2 Events (July 18-25)

Prose lectures and panels, a program with New York editors, a Lake Erie Ink event for youth, and a special event starring Viet Thanh Nguyen and Thrity Umrigar are part of the second week's conference.
