As the United States economy starts reopening its doors, Las Vegs is coming back to life. As Vegas Eater reports, the famous beer garden is reopening its large doors. After 440 days of closure due to the global pandemic, the big beers and wooden paddle spankings from servers are back!

In a few of the highlights, they note that the 20,000-square-foot Bavarian beer hall Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas closed in March 2020 when the state mandated that nonessential business temporarily close to slow the spread of COVID-19. Now 440 days later, the ode to German beer and food officially reopens with its steins of German beers, a massive restaurant serving schnitzel and wurst, and room for 1,000 diners under 24-foot ceilings.
The 17-year-old Hofbräuhaus is known for its Oktoberfest celebrations, keg tappings, and currywurst and pork shank that kept the very busy destination buzzing since early 2004. The venue has long been a favorite of large corporate and group events.
Located at the corner of Paradise Road and Harmon Avenue across from the just opened Virgin Hotels, the restaurant features a replica of the original Hofbräuhaus am Platzl beer hall in Munich, Germany.
Hofbräuhaus plans to be open with temporary hours from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. MC Johann performs live Friday and Saturday from 6 to 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
