Missing boy reported in the Bronx, NYPD launches investigation

(THE BRONX, N.Y.) The New York City Police Department is in search of a 12-year-old boy who was reported missing last Tuesday in the Bronx, according to NBC 4.

Officials spoke on Monday, saying Anthony Burgos was last seen on May 25 exiting a home on Calhoun Avenue near the Throgs Neck section of the borough.

The 12-year-old reportedly attempted to run away from his home on May 11, but was found the following day, per NBC 4.

Burgos was last seen sporting a green sweater, black pants and multi-colored shoes, according to the NYPD.
