It is bordered by the cities of Parkland to the north, Coconut Lauderdale to the southeast, and Tamarac to the south.

But his application to partner in the club is turned down because of many reasons. One of the main reasons being that his application was very boring. And the second reason was that he was trying to build low-cost housing in an affluent neighborhood. Since Jack was not able to convince the other shareholders, he thinks of other tactics and instead buys the whole club. He now plans to build an amusement park in the country club.
