People get homes so they can do what they want to do, meaning wear what they want, talk as loud as they want, stay up as long as they want, and more.

Living in a house is completely different from living in an apartment complex where you have to respect who is living above you and below you.

In a lot of cases, there are neighbors who think they run the whole neighborhood and want to control everything that happens.

Just recently a woman in Eastpointe received a ticket for talking on the phone outside her home. In an article from Fox 2 News called "Woman gets $385 ticket for talking too loud on the sidewalk, she says race is the reason" by Fox 2 Staff elaborated on how this woman received the ticket.

Fox 2 stated "Diamond Robinson says she was walking up and down Cushing Street where she lives in Eastpointe talking on her phone Thursday. That was when she says one of her neighbors approached her.

Robinson said the woman asked 'Do you think that you can get off your phone or talk lower.'

"One of those things she said," Robinson said. "And I said 'Get out of my face,' and I proceeded to walk past her. She is saying whatever she is saying,  three minutes later, Eastpointe police pulls up."

Diamond Robinson was not happy to receive the ticket because she has done nothing wrong, how would handle a situation like this?

Would you fight the ticket?
