I don't find my way up to Broadway on Capital Hill all that often anymore. But I swear Trendy Wendy used to be a thrift store! Now it's a full on "rave" attire store, which I find fun because while I don't go to many raves, I sure love costumes! They have some wild stuff, check it out.
