Being a flight attendant is not all about traveling to different states and countries or being able to pass out beverages and snacks.

Flight attendants have to endure more than we think depending on who is flying on the plane, the flight attendants make sure that everyone has a great flight.

Some people in this occupation have to deal with people who are irate, disrespectful, and want to make up their own rules.

This has increased since the pandemic hit, a lot of people don't want to wear their masks the entire time on the flight or they want to be intoxicated the whole time.

Just recently a flight attendant was assaulted by a passenger because the passenger wanted to make up her own rules and not follow flight instructions.

While the flight attendant was trying to settle the situation the passenger became irate and became verbally and physically abusive.

In an article from Fox 2 News called "Photos show Southwest Airlines flight attendant pummeled by passenger" by Daniella Genovese who provided more detail on the encounter stated

"According to police, paramedics from the San Diego Fire Department transported the flight attendant to Scripps Memorial Hospital after the incident while Quinonez was booked into the Las Colinas Detention Facility.

Montgomery said the latest in-flight event is just one of the hundreds of misconduct incidents that have occurred on Southwest flights in recent weeks."

In addition, to the incident, the flight attendant was punched, had bloody marks on her face, and sadly lost two teeth.
