Are you looking for a great place to bring the family for dessert? Maybe you have a little one that loves milkshakes or a family member that is crazy about brownies. Well, I did all the digging for you to find the best places for you to pick up a delicious dessert with your loved ones. Here are three places you have to try in St. Louis.

Bailey's Chocolate Bar

This lovely cafe is located less than 2 miles from the Gateway Arch and is also a great place for a date. The ambiance is charming and the desserts are out of this world. One of the many highlights on the dessert menu is the incredible Bailey's Brownie with Irish Cream ice cream and a delightful salted caramel sauce on top, it's just perfect. If you want to try their chocolate martini, I strongly recommend the Salted Caramel Martini. It features dark chocolate, hazelnut, and salted caramel ice cream. Also, the yummy Floorless Hazelnut Torte with dark chocolate, pomegranate, and a pirouette cookie is a must-try. To learn more about this location, you can visit their website here.

Crown Candy Kitchen

This establishment will take you back in time with the incredible sundaes, malts, and shakes. Established in 1913, Crown Candy Kitchen is one of St. Louis's oldest and favored attractions. It's also the home of the oldest soda fountain in the St.Louis area. With an impressive candy bar, this place is a real kids paradise with an impressive and wide variety of ice cream. You'll find incredible flavors such as Oreo Coffee ice cream. I recommend you stop by. Your taste buds will thank you! To learn more about this location, you can visit their website here.

This lovely cafe is a great spot to enjoy dessert with a cup of coffee. The outside patio is perfect for hanging out with friends or family. One of the many highlights on the dessert menu are flambees for two, the carrot cake, the chocolate layer cake, and the caramel brioche bread pudding is just out of this world too. They also have great snacks such as crabcakes and salads. To learn more about this location, you can check the menu here or visit their website.

These are my favorite places to get some desserts. How about yours? Have you tried any of these specific locations? Let me know in the comments, I'd love to hear what you think.
