My heart sings for anything in our city that still resembles "old Seattle". Anyone who has lived here their whole lives, understands. Bad Bishop is a total gem of a bar down in Pioneer Square that I adore. It's an old building, with the super cool original brick. I dig the old, dark vibe the most. But it's also nice and bright too, because the whole bar front has great windows. Their craft cocktails are ridiculously good and so was the Lucky Envelope Grapefruit IPA that I ordered. Also, if you know of a support group for fried brussels sprout addict, please point me in that direction. When I swung through, I noticed that they had a guest "pop-up" menu; and it currently rotates on certain days. That's fun! I love the support among small businesses.
