Incident at Oglala (1992)
The incident at Oglala was set in 1975; two FBI agents were killed in a shootout on the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota. During a time of high tensions on Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, two FBI agents were killed in a shootout with a group of Indians on June 26, 1975. Leonard Peltier, the only man who was found guilty of killing the agents, was one of several men charged. During the film, Peltier is shown to have been unjustly convicted based on the events surrounding the shootout.
