Bellyard, West Midtown Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, opened to guests on May 18, 2021. The hotel joins Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio of independent hotels that feature captivating design and create vibrant social scenes for guests and locals alike.
The new hotel, located in The Interlock in West Midtown and operated by Pivot, features 161 inviting, contemporary suites and guestrooms. The boutique hotel’s design is a nod to the stockyard and railroad history of West Midtown, incorporating thoughtful touches curated by local artisans and designers, such as warm, white oak wood flooring, dark wood accents, hand-crafted custom suite tables, woven rugs, and industrial-style walls and ceilings.
Opened alongside the hotel is Bellyard’s cocktail-centric, American tavern-inspired eatery called Drawbar. The upscale restaurant is driven by Executive Chef Christina Wai and serves inventive spins on traditional Southern dishes using local purveyors and seasonal ingredients. You can expect delights such as Tomato and Ricotta Johnny Cakes, Dragged Through the Garden Frittata, and Coca-Cola Short Ribs Toast. Drawbar welcomes diners for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends, as well as dinner and full access to the bar and lounge beginning at 4 p.m. each day.
And that’s not the only eatery the boutique hotel will feature. Bellyard will also host an outpost of Saint Germain French Bakery.
Among Bellyard’s other amenities are approximately 7,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space, a round-the-clock fitness center with Peloton bikes, and an ideal setting among some of Atlanta’s top restaurants, retailers, and entertainment hubs. The boutique hotel’s location puts guests close to Puttshack, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, and Ormsby’s.
In celebration of its grand opening, the hotel is offering a grand opening package. This exclusive guest package is available for stays through August 31, 2021 and provides offerings that build upon the arts-forward culture of West Midtown as well as the industrial vibe of The Interlock.

Bellyard implements Marriott International’s enhanced health and safety precautions, including frequent cleaning, social distancing protocols, hand-sanitizing stations throughout the hotel, state-of-the-art cleaning technology, and air purifying systems.
