Kadence is open by reservation only with the current menu sitting at $225 per person. This is a multi-course sushi tasting menu.

4. Kabooki Sushi

This restaurant is run by Chef Henry Moso who opened Kabooki at just 22 with an impressive career already underway. Kabooki now has two locations, one on East Colonial and one on Sand Lake.

You can visit the restaurant for a typical (yet still delicious) dining experience. Kabooki serves sushi, sashimi, sushi rolls, ramen, and has an extensive drink menu. Alternatively, reserve a Chef’s Sushi Tasting ($75) or a Chef’s Omakase ($200) to experience a guided culinary journey. The Chef’s Sushi Tasting includes 10 pieces and a soup and the Chef’s Omakase is a 15 to 18-course Omakase experience.
